December is approaching faster than I expected. I'm expected to have a rough cut of the animation for next friday. shitttttt. I have attached a concept drawing I did for the film.

EDIT: I added a newer, better design for this year's creature. I was wondering if I should keep it with one face design, or if it would have some way of changing it's features. The film's only a minute long and needs to be presentable in a week, so visual complexity may have to be limited due to time.
